The most profound healing experiences I’ve received and facilitated have unfolded when I have been in Presence without an idea of what will come from the experience, but meeting it with a willingness to be with what IS.
Approach
In my 30 years experiencing profound healing shifts with shamans, mystics, ascended masters, energy healers, somatic psychologists, and Western medicine practitioners, I have found that there is a common thread among healing experiences: when one offers genuine presence to another without an agenda and is willing to see the other as they truly are, they open to the state of love.
Being in relation without the need for things to look or be a certain way allows genuine presence, or love, to emerge and host the unfolding experience. In this state of loving relation old patterns may shift, frozen places of trauma may melt, and novel awarenesses may inspire new movements in life.
During our session, we will discover what is most alive, or active, in your life at the time of our meeting (including feeling blocked, confused, or numb).
We will talk for about an hour, looking and feeling into your current life situation. We will end the session with a gentle guided pranayama breathing technique (breathwork) to integrate and facilitate the healing movement.

About Christine
I am a healer, teacher, ordained inter-faith minister, and mystic with a international private practice open to individuals, couples, and families. Beyond my private practice, I teach an on-going course on mystical principles of healing and relational dynamics to a Sangha of devoted practitioners in Upstate New York. My sessions are held remotely and in-person in my offices in Connecticut, Upstate New York, and New York City.
My healing work began in 1996 when two mystifying dreams led me to a channel who told me that I was undergoing an initiation and that my life was about to change. Six months later, my father was diagnosed with cancer and my life was forever altered. I began to explore different forms of energetic healing which lead me to work with shamans, energy healers, and mystics from around the world. What began as an attempt to help my father heal his disease became the realization of the purpose that I had been searching for my whole life.
In 2002, I enrolled in the IM School of Healing Arts in New York City where I studied and later taught with mystic, energy healer and teacher, Levent Bolukbasi. The three-year curriculum at the IM School allowed me to dive deeply into the principles of energetic healing and introduced me to the realm of somatic psychology. During my time working with Levent and the greater community at the IM School, I experienced and facilitated over one thousand hours of deep trauma process work.
In 2010 I began working with teacher and healer, David Elliott. He introduced me to and later certified me in a two-part pranayama breath meditation. This gentle, yet profound, breathwork has become a powerful addition to the process work I offer my clients.
Since 2015 I have been training and practicing with Thomas Hübl, a mystic, teacher, author, and international facilitator. Thomas’ teachings combine the core insights of the great wisdom traditions and mysticism with the discoveries of science — specifically the interconnection between individual, ancestral, and collective trauma. My time studying and practicing with Thomas has opened my personal and professional healing work into new levels of relational compassion, awareness and presence.
